Japanese Food
Japanese cuisine including tonkatsu
Tonkatsu Hamakatsu started in Nagasaki, Japan in 1962.
Tonkatsu Hamakatsu has over 80 stores in Japan.
We want people all over the world to enjoy Japanese cuisine, including tonkatsu.
Tonkatsu is a Japanese dish made by coating thick slices of pork loin or fillet with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs and deep frying them.
With a crispy exterior and a juicy interior, it has long been a beloved side dish for set meals.
Among them, Rokkaku Hamakatsu in Hawaii was established to serve not only tonkatsu but a wide range of Japanese food.
If you're craving Japanese food, be sure to come to Rokkaku Hamakatsu.
Service
More, OMOTENASHI.
Are you familiar with the word "omotenashi" (hospitality)?
Omotenashi refers to "heartfelt treatment." It means providing service to customers wholeheartedly.
At Tonkatsu Hamakatsu, we place the utmost importance on the "spirit of omotenashi" (hospitality), and we maintain the same customer service even in our overseas branches outside of Japan.
We make customers wait because we bread and deep-fry the katsu after receiving their order, but we continue to do so because we want our customers to enjoy it at its freshest and most delicious.
To create delicious, healthy, and enjoyable mealtimes.
That is Hamakatsu's "omotenashi" (hospitality).
